| All I have to say is God ROCKS! My grandfather has been in the hospital for 5 days, undergoing major surgery, and he is out 10 days earlier than they thought he would be, stubborn as ever. And although I miss my new found family in CA (the church one), he is keeping us close. I spent so much of my life running from God, that it mind-blowing to look at how He has changed me and my path. And I wouldn't change it for the world. | | |
| It is really humbling for me to watch my hometown, riot in the news. We always talk about leaving home, and how it changes. But to watch the street you walked as a child, become filled with armed police, and mobs heaving bottles. To remember laying along the riverside at night, and know that all your family and friends have to be inside at 8. What is our world coming to. We tolerate drugs, we tolerate teenage sex, we tolerate pornography, but we can not tolerate each other. Why is it that our priorities are so out of place? | | |
| Hey, this is my 1st attempt. So let's see how this goes. Today is a day of news. A new home, Texas, a new outlook, bright, new friends, the people of San Angelo, and a new appreciation, of friends in CA and family in Ohio. I started my career in the military thinking only of me, and the lost of a home. But God has shown me that home is where he takes me, and a family will always be there with open arms. | | |
